Reddit Market Research Tool is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to view, group, filter, and export post from a subreddit.
We value your privacy. This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you.
Data Collection
- No personal data is collected, stored, or shared.
- The extension only processes:
- The URL of the currently active Reddit tab (to determine the subreddit).
- Publicly available post data retrieved from the Reddit API.
All processing is done locally in your browser.
Data Sharing
- No data is sent to external servers, except for retrieving public post data from https://www.reddit.com via the Reddit API.
- We do not share any information with third parties.
Permissions
The extension requests the following permissions:
- tabs: To read the active tab’s URL so it can determine the subreddit.
- host_permissions for https://www.reddit.com/*: To fetch public subreddit post data.
These permissions are used solely for the extension’s core functionality.
Changes to This Policy
